Script to Stage
Script to Stage is here to support you in the process of developing your play wherever you’re located. Our program provides 3 different packages designed to help you realize your work on stage. If you have a script that has been rejected, is gathering dust, or is needing some additional attention, consider one of our packages to help you reach your goals.
Our policy is to accept every enrollment without prejudice from scripts with all points of view. We are about the craft. Our only rejections are scripts that spew hatred and maliciously attack people because of their background, race, faith, or sexual identity.

PACKAGE 1
Intensive script consultations with a dramaturg (5 weeks)

Option One

Our dramaturg does a thorough reading of your script.

At your initial meeting with our dramaturg , you discuss your play, determine your goals, and review the syllabus.

You work with our dramaturg for 10 hours over a minimal of five weeks discussing your revisions and progress towards your goal.

At the commencement of the fifth week, our dramaturg provides a written evaluation of your script.

Your experience ends with a final consultation with our dramaturg.

During your experience with us, we provide resources to enhance your skills and your knowledge of theatre.

We offer a thoroughly written evaluation of your script.

You receive a one hour follow-up meeting with your dramaturg.
PACKAGE 2
The Creative Process
Engage in an immersive experience over 3 weeks with a director, stage manager, and a cast of actors culminating in a virtual staged reading of your script.
$2,675 up to 5 Actors

You meet with the director to discuss your script and determine your goals.

You choose your actors from a 3-hour audition

Actors and a stage manager read your script at a table reading and engage in a discussion of the play with you.

The director schedules three 3-hour rehearsals.

A virtual staged reading of your play is presented to an audience of your choosing

You have the option of hosting a Q&A after the staged reading
Additional service: an unedited recording of your staged reading is available for $75
For an additional fee of $300, we can professionally record and edit your reading with a presentation of your play and closing credits.

A Total Immersive Experience

Have an 8 week experience with a dramaturg, director, stage manager, and a cast of actors culminating in a virtual staged reading of your script.
